Modern New Build, Weights & Pulleys Sash Windows and Front Door
Laura and Jon wanted expert craftsmanship to complete their contemporary dream home in Nottingham. Recommended by Oakworth Homes, they chose Brookeswood to deliver the finishing touches with precision and care.
How We Delivered
Their brief included seven oversized contemporary sash windows and a lift and slide patio door leading onto the roof terrace. We also crafted a bespoke front door, entrance canopy, and timber cladding to harmonise with the home’s design.
We used engineered Red Grandis for the windows, selected for its stability and durability. These were finished in a translucent natural oak stain to showcase the wood’s natural beauty. The front door, canopy, and cladding were made from Accoya, finished in Grandis Oak for a seamless, unified look. Each element received a factory-applied microporous coating, enhancing durability while reducing maintenance.
