Sample Testing

Perfection can’t be rushed. Before full production begins, our team undertakes sample testing to ensure the finish is flawless.

• We start by applying your chosen colour to test panels or frames.

• Each sample is examined under different light conditions and compared directly to your reference — whether that’s a paint swatch, a Farrow & Ball chart, or an existing piece of joinery.

• Only when we achieve an exact match do we proceed to production, making fine pigment adjustments as needed.

Controlled Factory Conditions

Every Brookeswood finish is completed in our purpose-built spray facility at our Staffordshire Moorlands workshop.
Here, we maintain controlled humidity, temperature, and airflow to ensure precision and consistency. Comprehensive quality checks are performed throughout, with final sign-off on both finish and colour tone.
