With the years flying by, we can’t believe Brookeswood is 12 years old!

These business milestones are an important time to reflect on what we’ve achieved together.

As a proud family business, joinery and craftmanship has been a part of some of the team’s career paths for longer than 12 years and that’s why we have been able to grow and develop to what we are today – a company who takes pride in creating high quality, bespoke and handcrafted timber products for its customers.

So, what has changed over the past 12 years?

Our customers are more varied.  We don’t just work with homeowners.  We are now working with a more varied market which includes Architects, Interior Designers and Property Developers.

 

We now have a broader service portfolio.  Working with some key project partners, like Architects, Interior Designers and Property Developers has enabled us to develop some key services and solutions that are designed to make the initial stages and processes more efficient and speed up positive project outcomes.  These solutions  include BrookeswoodAdvocate (Listed Building Consent) and BrookeswoodSurvey (Site Surveys).

We now deliver an aftercare service.  The introduction of BrookeswoodEnsure, our aftercare and maintenance service for timber windows and doors means that customers can ensure their investment truly stands the test of time (and all weather).

Our team has expanded.  As our ‘order book’ has filled, we have expanded our Business Development team and invested in the future of our workshop.  Bringing talented young joiners into the business is something we are very passionate about.

We have become Award Winning.  The team at Brookeswood and our customers know how fantastic our bespoke timber products are but to get the recognition was the icing on the cake.  We are thrilled for our timber windows to be recognised in the industry and provides our new customers with the assurance that they are making the right choice.

We also work with the best suppliers in the business who help us to add the finest hardware and add colour that brings the products to life.

Our core values remain the same

We are a family led business with Neil and Susan Brookes and their son Bradley Brookes working hard to ensure Brookeswood’s core values always remain the same and we keep delivering exceptional products with fantastic customer service.
